Registration Fee - 325- uniform rental, warm up, 1 pair of socks , bow , t-shirt, briefs, bag, shoes.

*Uniform Deposit - $100 (refundable upon return of uniform) due by July 1st 

Home Coming Fee $50 due August 1st 

Regional Competition Fee (November )  $160 due by oct. 1st. (t-shirt, travel and hotel)

National competition -Tampa Florida (December 7th- 10th) $750 (t shirt, Flight, hotel & ground transportation) Due November 1st.  

The Hazel Crest Mustangs Football and Cheer-leading organization has a rich tradition, expanding 70+ years and counting. Over the years, we have produced many outstanding student athletes, many of which have gone on to graduate college; becoming model citizens in their community. Many of our staff members grew up in the area, participating as players and cheerleaders. We are proud of the years of service that we have provided to the surrounding community and its residence. As an organization, we take a hands on approach in our players lives, becoming mentors, life coaches and in some cases father and mother figures. This is not just about the sport, but we look to incorporate life skills through extra-curricular activity. Not only are we like family, we all "bleed blue".
